This hotel is great. They cleaned my room everyday. They have a laundry service. Breakfast from 430 to 9. And the rooms were nice and affordable. Extremely Construction worker friendly. I will definitely stay there again when I get another job out there in Bay City and Sweeney.
I stayed at their sister property in Houston, and it was wonderful. Stay here for the best staff in bay city and cleanest rooms.
Just amazing, i book hotels for 4 companies and they have been by far the easiest hotel to work with. I constantly have 100 people on the phone asking me millions of questions about their reservations and things going wrong with their reservation, example, room cleaning, attention, the staff is for sure amazing etc. ISLAND INN AND SUITES has been the best by now, my guest has stayed there every week for 2 months now and no complaints at all. Five stars for sure.

It's quiet, cozy, comfortable, great water pressure in shower, toilets sink. I would recommend this place to all. Great customer service. I hv been here for 5months with my job. I will be back in September. Nice clean remodeled rooms.
Very friendly service. Clean rooms. Housekeeping is outstanding. 11 day stay with no problems at all. My go to stay when working in the area.
I've stayed here multiple times for work. It's safe and well lit. The front desk people are very friendly and with my injury, they've been able to accommodate me when given advanced notice. They are quick to fix any issues, although I've not had many. For the price, it's well worth a stay.
